This notice explains anonymous analytics, online enquiries and direct contact channels.
What we collect
The site records public-page paths, visit times and action types such as opening the contact panel, calling or emailing. It does not actively collect IP addresses, device fingerprints, call contents or WeCom messages.
Visitors may submit a name, contact method, service need, project stage and short description. The message is stored in the website database and visible only to authorized OWAAI staff for replying. It is not displayed publicly.
The admin area is restricted to authorized OWAAI personnel. It uses a necessary session cookie for sign-in and presents anonymous browsing, enquiry actions, submitted messages and published-case data. Phone, email and WeCom remain direct contact options; confirm authorization before sending sensitive project materials.
Your choices
For trade secrets, sensitive personal information or unpublished work, please start with a non-sensitive project outline. To ask about, correct or delete information sent through an enquiry, contact id_gui@qq.com.
